Nurturing Rural Cricket Talent

Young cricket enthusiasts in rural areas often lack access to professional training, state-of-the-art equipment, and well-maintained infrastructure, hindering their ability to compete at higher levels.

  • Established in 2018 at the Gharghoda Cricket Stadium in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, the OP Jindal Cricket Academy addresses these challenges by offering:
  • High quality coaching with state-of-the-art facilities and a full-time qualified cricket coach.
  • Advanced equipment, including bowling machines, practice nets, and turf-supported sessions.
  • Free coaching for approximately 350 rural boys and adolescent girls.
  • Year-round maintenance of the cricket ground to ensure optimal practice conditions.
  • Hosting cricket tournaments, including the OP Jindal Cricket Tournament, in collaboration with the Chhattisgarh Cricket Association (CGCA).
