Transforming Agriculture for a Sustainable Future

Small and marginalised farmers in Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand face significant challenges due to limited access to modern agricultural equipment. Traditional farming methods result in lower productivity, high labour costs, and inefficiencies, making it difficult for farmers to sustain profitable agricultural practices. Additionally, climate change and resource constraints further hinder their ability to maximise yields.

The Jindal Foundation’s Farm Mechanisation project provides farmers with essential modern agricultural equipment tailored to their specific needs. By directly supplying tools such as tractors, power tillers, seed drills, harvesters, and irrigation systems, the initiative enhances efficiency, reduces labour costs, and promotes sustainable farming. This initiative empowers farmers to adopt advanced techniques, improve productivity, and ensure long-term agricultural viability.
