Advanced Care for All

Access to quality and affordable healthcare is a critical challenge in the underserved regions of Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, and its surrounding districts. Many underprivileged families and communities face barriers to obtaining specialised medical treatment, particularly for critical and complex health conditions.

Established in 2008, O.P. Jindal Hospital & Research Centre in Raigarh is a 100-bedded state-of-the-art tertiary care hospital offering advanced medical and surgical services and entered a management contract with Fortis Healthcare Ltd. in 2010. Complementing this is the 27-bedded secondary care hospital in Tamnar, functioning as a referral hub for tertiary care. Both the facilities at Raigarh and Tamnar cater to the critical medical needs of the communities primarily from 5 adjoining districts of Chhattisgarh (Jashpur, Ambikapur, Janjgir Champa, Raigarh) and Odisha (Jharsuguda). The hospitals are registered under the Chhattisgarh State Upcharyagriha Tetha Rogopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye Anugyapan Adhiniyam 2010.

Equipped with cutting-edge facilities the hospital is a Multi-Super Speciality Hospital with a strong emphasis on Cardiac Sciences, Ortho/Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy & Trauma, Intensive & Critical Care, Laparoscopic & General Surgery, Renal Sciences, Spine & Neurosciences, Maternal and Child Care, Eye Care, ENT, Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery, Internal Medicine & Dietetics. The hospital has a faculty of highly experienced physicians and surgeons who provide treatment across specialities. Subsidised and free treatments are made available under the support of the Jindal Foundation, ensuring accessibility for economically disadvantaged patients. The Chhattisgarh State Government empanels the hospital for their employees as well as for all various state government schemes for BPL card holders such as Ayushman Bharat Yojna, Mukhyamantri Sanjeevani Sahayta Kosh Yojna, and Chirayu Yojna, etc. It is also empanelled with various PSUs like Coal India Ltd, NTPC, SECR, CSPDCL, ESIC, all TPAs and the private corporates of the surrounding area.
