Towards Holistic and Inclusive Education

Children in underserved and remote communities often face challenges in accessing quality education. A lack of focus on extracurricular activities, teacher capacity building, and holistic development further hampers their growth, particularly for first-generation learners and those from economically weaker sections.

DAV Savitri Jindal School, Angul (Odisha): In partnership with Dayanand Anglo Vedic College Management Committee (DAVCMC), this initiative provides high-quality vernacular education with a focus on holistic development. The school prioritises extracurricular activities, teacher training, and instilling good hygiene and behaviour, serving primarily students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

O.P. Jindal School, Rabo (Chhattisgarh): Established in 2015-16, this English-medium primary school serves the remote community around the Rabo Dam, providing high-quality education to tribal students. With a dedicated curriculum, it caters to the educational needs of children from Nursery to Class V in a region with limited access to English-medium schools.
